Position: Communications Officer
Responsible to: CEO
Hours: 16 hours/week
Rate: £19,421 (pro rata £8,878/annum)
This post is a part time position (16 hours/week), initially funded for 9 months (possible extended dependent on funding), to strengthen and develop the day-to-day communications of the organisation.
If successful, you will be working for Sharrow Community Forum as part of a small, friendly team who are seeking to ‘improve the quality of life for people in Sharrow’. The job is a wonderful opportunity for you to play your part in assisting with improvements to our service and local offer.
Essentially we are looking for a creative and proactive person, able to work on their own initiative, to deadlines and able to manage their own workload. We are looking for someone with good design and marketing skills that will also work with the team to improve and enhance SCF’s social media and website presence.
