This post is a part time position (equivalent to 16 hours/week), to provide a reception function and focal point for communication with tenants and users on Saturdays and occasional weekday evenings.  Part of the role will be organising room set ups and cleaning as required.  The post will be responsible for key holding and will open and close the building and undertake security checks across the site at the end of a shift.

The role will entail lone working and would suit someone who has experience of site work, but being able to liaise with customers to ensure they are guided across the building I are made familiar with the setting.

If successful, you will be working for Sharrow Community Forum as part of a small, friendly team who are seeking to ‘improve the quality of life for people in Sharrow’.  The job is a wonderful opportunity for you to play your part in assisting with improvements to our service and local offer.

Essentially we are looking for a ‘people’ person, able to work on their own initiative, to deadlines and able to manage their own workload.  We are looking for someone experienced in working with a wide range of people and who is supportive and friendly.
