Position: Children and Families Manager
Responsible to: Business Development Manager
Hours: 35 hours/week
Rate: £25,000
Location: Old Junior School
This post is a full time position (35 hours/week), initially funded for 12 months. Sharrow Community Forum (SCF) is committed to providing quality services and support for children and families who use Highfield Adventure Playground.
This role will support developments and on-going service enhancements to ensure excellent day-to-day experiences for users and groups. It requires experience of working in similar settings and have the ability and experience to support staff to create a welcoming and impactful environment.
This role will also involve working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partnerships and will support the work of the Business Development Manager to make continuous improvements tot he service and enhance the overall offer in and around the site.
If successful, you will be working for Sharrow Community Forum as part of a small, friendly team who are seeking to ‘improve the quality of life for people in Sharrow’. The job is a wonderful opportunity for you to play your part in assisting with improvements to our service and local offer.
Essentially we are looking for a ‘people’ person, able to work on their own initiative, to deadlines and able to manage their own workload. We are looking for someone experienced in working with a wide range of people and who is supportive and friendly.
